5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, software, content, branding, and related materials remain with Guestit or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services under these terms.

You must not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works unless explicitly allowed.

6. Service Availability & Support

We endeavor to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may schedule maintenance or enforce limits.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Unless expressly stated, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties — express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement.

8. Liability & Indemnification
